I began investing in Real Estate in the late 80s and had a handful of long term rentals by the end of the 90s.  For the better part of the last decade, I've helped THOUSANDS of real estate investors all over the country create cashflowing short-term rental businesses. 

As I got older, I found that I wanted to make an even greater inpact in the world.  So, I founded a nonprofit to provide safe, clean, and sober living for those experiencing housing insecurities, like our Veterans and timed-out Foster Youth.

I took the three things I loved doing (investing, real estate, and helping others) and baked them up together in Mickey's House Foundation.  Together, we can do all three at once and you can benefit as well as help make a difference.  I took the fear out of investing and created a process and methodical system that allows others to prosper and profit with purpose - providing housing to others along the way.
